We have started the 2012 school year with rhythm and dance activities. The 3rd/2nd graders have used juggling sticks to work on balance and eye-hand coordination. Kindergarten and 1st graders used ribbon wands to work on rhythm and coordination. Last week we had a blast playing Dance Dance Revolution (3rd/2nd) and line dancing with (K/1st). We will finish this upcoming week with our square dancing unit. Parents are welcome to come during their child's P.E./Music time this Friday Jan. 27th to watch our little square dancers in action.
